Eurasian Economic Commission (EEC) officially published decisions of Technical Regulation amendments, which will come in force on 12th December 2022. The changes is relate to 004/2011, 020/2011 and 010/2011 technical regulations of FinalCert.com scope.

General change:
The concept of “household equipment” has been introduced as electrical equipment intended for use by the consumer (user) for purposes unrelated to production, trade or other commercial activities, for which there is no prohibition on use in everyday life in operational documents.
Main changes of TR CU 004/2011
- The Technical Regulation no longer apply to included in the scope of application and subject to confirmation of compliance with the requirements of the technical regulations of the Customs Union “On the Safety of Machinery and Equipment” (TR CU 010/2011), “Elevator Safety” (TR CU 011/2011) and “On the safety of equipment for work in explosive environments” (TR CU 012/2011), except cables, wires, cords;
- Next products are now subject to mandatory certification (EAC CoC):
Article 1 of mandatory CoC list added new positions
- Household equipment:
- automatic control devices for household
- electrical equipment;
- remote controls and control panels, controllers.
Article 2 & 4 of mandatory CoC list new wording
2. Personal electronic computers (personal computers):
- personal electronic computers, including system units;
- cash registers, including those working in conjunction with a computer.
3. Low-voltage household and office equipment connected to personal electronic computers:
- scanners, printers and copiers (including multifunction devices);
- monitors;
- uninterruptible power supplies;
4. Electric heating tools
Article 7 of mandatory CoC list new wording
- “, fuses, switchgear, switches, contactors, starters.”

They are no longer subject of mandatory CoC, but they still in CU TR 010/2011 CoC scope

Exclude “light” wording from “light equipment” in Article 3 of Annex 1
Exemptions of regulation added positions
- specially designed to ensure safety in the field of nuclear energy use;
- medical devices;
- for defence products to ensure the interests of defence and security, including those supplied under the state defence order.
Article 2 & 3 of mandatory CoC list new wording
- Personal electronic computers (personal computers):
- personal electronic computers, including system units;
- cash registers, including those working in conjunction with a computer.
- Household and office equipment connected to personal electronic computers:
- scanners, printers and copiers (including multifunction devices);
- monitors;
- uninterruptible power supplies;
- active acoustic systems powered by AC power;
- multimedia projectors.
