EAEU (ex. CU) Introduce

The EAEU (Eurasian Economic Union) is an international organization for regional economic integration. It has international legal personality and is established by the The Member-States of the Eurasian Economic Union which are the Russian Federation, the Republic of Belarus, the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Kyrgyz Republic and the Republic of Armenia.

All products produced in the EAEU or being imported into the EAEU are obliged to be certified in accordance with EAEU Technical Regulations.

EAC Certificate or Declaration?

In accordance with Law No. 184-FZ of 27 December 2002 “About Technical Regulation” (consolidation, 23 December 2021) there are two forms of conformity assessment:

  1. Certificate of Conformity (CoC)
  2. Declaration of Conformity (DoC)

Both documents CoC or DoC have equal legal force, but:
